Unity Place (Owned by Santander)is Milton Keynes' newest destination for dining, work and leisure. This sustainably designed venue is not only a workplace that aims to enhance wellbeing and collaboration but also an innovative hub for the community. Designed and built over eight floors, each space has been developed with a purpose and will be home to renown chefs, local eateries, social enterprises, business ventures, wellness amenities and outstanding conference and event facilities.

The Challenge

With such a huge undertaking against aggressive opening schedules, Unity Place was keen to be able to offer the Wellness Suite to its corporate residents. The challenge is the space was located on the 7th Floor across numerous offices. With a rigid budget and a need to get installation on short lead times, the Unity Place team used Dyaco® to expedite the timeline and install with zero disruption to the rest of the building.

The Results

Dyaco® worked with Santander and the Wellness Suite Manager to ensure they hit the 2023 target and created an install plan with a pre mapped route from the loading bay at the North Entrance, through to the 7th Floor facility on the South Mezannine. With the Wellness Suite being an added offering to all Santander and X-Why staff, the product variety needed to suit all usages in a tight footprint, so Dyaco®'s consultative approach and variety of products were key in ensuring the Wellness Suite was fit for purpose.
